1. Secondary One e-Registration
Please note that e-Registration for all new Secondary One students will be conducted on Friday, 19 December 2025. There is no need to report to the school physically on that day.

Parents/guardians to complete the e-Registration via Parents Gateway.

Parents/guardians will receive a notification on Parent Gateway on 19 December 2025 at 5.00pm to complete the e-registration.

Please submit the e-Registration by Monday, 22 December 2025, 5:00 pm.

To help you and your child transit into secondary school, we would like to ask that you take some time to read through the information in the kit thoroughly.
Important Note on Registration & Transfers
Note: All parents must register their child/ward, even if they wish to transfer their child/ward out for non-medical reasons. Students seeking transfers should continue to attend their posted secondary school until the transfer is approved.
2. Application for School Transfer (Non-Medical)
a. Transfer In Application
Students who wish to request for a transfer to Sembawang Secondary School may use the online form to submit your application.

The transfer appeal outcome will be dependent on available vacancies and the school’s admission criteria.
The deadline for appeal is by 5.00pm on 23 Dec 2025 (Tuesday). The result of the appeal will only be released after 30 Dec 2025 following the outcome of the Medical Appeal Exercise conducted by the Ministry of Education.
b. Transfer Out Application
Students who intent to transfer out to another school are required to submit the completed and endorsed form “Annex F” from the receiving school to our school’s General Office to effect the transfer.
