Boys' Brigade
Sembawang Secondary's Boys' Brigade 13th Company builds leadership and life skills through camps, community projects, and competitions. The company is a consistent award winner, including the prestigious Founder's Award.
The Boys’ Brigade (BB) nurtures boys into responsible, disciplined and confident leaders through a holistic programme of character development, leadership training and service. During weekly parades, members participate in drills, team-building activities, outdoor adventure programmes, community service projects and values-based learning experiences. These opportunities help boys develop resilience, teamwork, leadership and a spirit of service to others. Members also have the opportunity to earn proficiency badges, attend camps and represent the school at local and national-level events, fostering personal growth and a commitment to excellence.

Programmes:
Leadership Development – Members develop confidence, responsibility and leadership skills through drills, teamwork, leadership roles and opportunities to lead activities and serve others.
Adventure and Outdoor Education – Through camps, hikes, outdoor cooking and team challenges, members build resilience, independence and teamwork while stepping beyond their comfort zones.
Community Service – Members make meaningful contributions to the community through outreach programmes, service projects and school-based initiatives, cultivating compassion, responsibility and a spirit of service.
