Dear Graduates,

We are pleased to inform you that your School Graduation Certificates (SGC) are now ready for collection from the School’s General Office.    

If you are unable to collect your SGC within the stipulated time indicated in the table below, you may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf using the form provided below.    

You / your proxy will need to provide your identity document(s) at the guard post for verification purposes before collecting the certificate at the General Office. Please avoid coming in large groups.
