Girls' Brigade
Girls' Brigade builds confidence, resilience, and a spirit of service in members through badges, physical challenges, and community work.
The Girls’ Brigade (GB) nurtures girls to become confident, caring and responsible leaders through a holistic programme centred on character development, leadership, service and teamwork. During weekly sessions, members participate in drills, badgework, devotions, games, leadership training and community service projects. These experiences help girls develop discipline, resilience and a heart for service while building meaningful friendships and learning to lead with integrity, respect and compassion. Through the GB journey, members are empowered to make a positive difference in their school, community and beyond.

Programmes:
1. Enrolment and Dedication Service
A significant milestone in the GB journey, this ceremony formally recognises members’ commitment to the Company. It fosters a strong sense of belonging, responsibility and pride as girls affirm their dedication to the values of the Girls’ Brigade.
2. Outdoor Cooking and Adventure Skills
Members develop practical life skills through hands-on activities such as outdoor cooking, teamwork challenges and adventure-based learning. These experiences build confidence, resilience, independence and teamwork beyond the classroom.
3. Community Service and Values-in-Action Projects
Through outreach and service-learning initiatives, members make meaningful contributions to the community while developing compassion, empathy and a spirit of service. These experiences nurture caring, responsible and community-minded leaders.
